We have termites in our beams inside the basement. If we take out the old beams and replace with pressure treated wood will that get rid of them?
Answer:
Very unlikely, they will just build tubes over the pressure treated wood until they can reach the wood they like. Once they realize your house is a good year round food source they will not be put off easily.
